We have all done it, and sometimes it's been worse than the times before but there is an easy way to fix the common 'clumpy' pasta problem. 

We Greeks love our olive oil, but it's for good reason, it's like theWindex featured in My Big Fat Greek Wedding ... it fixes (well almost) anything!

So when cooking pasta add a splash of olive oil to the water BEFORE you add the uncooked pasta and give it a good stir. This gives the water a silky texture and will stop any of your pasta from sticking together and forming those annoying 'clumps'!
